Only 100m to the stunning coastline of St. Andrews Back Beach, the home is well equipped with all modern conveniences including 2 Smart TVs with Netflix accessibility (located in main living and rumpus), play station/DVD/Bluray player, 2 blue tooth docking stations and free wifi.

The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave and nespresso machine and is adjacent to the 10 seater dining room with wood log fire ideal for those intimate dinner parties.

Venture onto one of two elevated outdoor entertaining areas to capture the ocean views whilst enjoying a BBQ around the 14 seater dining table located on the 2nd level or, on the 3rd level, the 9 seater modular couch.
