Please be advised as follows: The owner owns two lots which together are known as 11-13 Woodland Close, one of which is a vacant lot. “Blairgowrie Woodland” is not fully fenced including an unfenced section at the rear of the property. Also there is no fence between most of the house lot and the vacant lot. The boundary between the vacant lot and the neighbouring property at 15 Woodland Close, Blairgowrie is also not fully fenced. The owner has a long standing arrangement with the neighbours at 15 Woodland Close under which the owner allows the neighbours to have occasional access to the vacant lot to tend to a vegie patch and store firewood behind their bordering garage
