Outside, enjoy the gas/solar heated pool, spacious alfresco dining and BBQ facilities on the large decking area.

When the weather cools down, there’s plenty of entertainment options indoors, including billiards table and table tennis in the separate cabana opposite the pool, a selection of board games, DVD player in second living area, TVs with Foxtel in both living areas and wifi available throughout.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is the heart of the house, central to the bedrooms and outdoor entertainment area. Boasting a large L-shape sofa ideal for snuggling up on while watching TV in front of gas log fire, creating a beautiful ambience and providing warmth. There's also a dining table with seating for 12, with 5 extra stools at the adjacent island bench.

The large kitchen is ideal for cooking up a storm. Fully equipped with quality appliances including dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, stovetop, large fridge/freezer and a wide island bench.

Please note: Pool is gas and solar heated from October - April: average temperature is 26 degrees Celsius. Pool is NOT heated from May - September, and will be much colder than 26 degrees. If you would like the pool to be gas heated during this time, there is a $250 surcharge. Pool towels will not be supplied during May-September unless the additional heating charge has been paid.
