Only a few minutes’ walk to Mills Beach, this beautifully presented dual-storey, elevated residence with stunning bay views, has everything you are looking for in a luxury holiday rental.

It is designed to entertain, sleeping up to 18 guests by offering extensive living quarters comprising of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 separate living areas and 2 fully equipped kitchen facilities.

Upstairs hosts 2 living spaces, dining and gorgeous main kitchen, one of the 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and the master suite with walk-in-robe and large main bathroom.

Cooking will be a social pleasure with ample bench space and equipped with all modern appliances in both kitchens… or why not stroll to Mornington’s fantastic range of eateries for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The light-filled interior on the top level is the heart of the home and showcases a large open plan living area, dining for 10 guests providing the perfect setting for memorable meals with family and friends. Retreat to the conversation lounge area featuring a cosy open fire place.

The upstairs outdoor entertainment area comprises of a fabulous large balcony/terrace area with full lounge suite creating the perfect setting to enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the sun set over the bay.

Downstairs level accommodates 3 light-filled bedrooms with built in robes, laundry/bathroom facilities, plus another large family bathroom with corner bath.

Outdoor entertainment is equally impressive with a private paved alfresco area with BBQ, extending out to the gorgeous in-ground solar heated, salt-chlorinated fenced pool and spa area, day bed, fire pit and children's play set.

Other features include table tennis located in the garage and arcade game machine, board games and a small library of books available for guests to enjoy. Laundry facilities include combined front loader washing/dryer, ironing facilities and clothes line.

Due to local council laws there is a strict 11pm noise curfew.

Upfront Bond:
This property requires an upfront bond of $2,000 to proceed with a booking.  As long as there is not a breach of our Terms and Conditions, any damage to the property, any noise complaints, a breach of the Council Laws, any excess rubbish and/or any extra cleaning required after your stay, this payment will be returned to you. Your upfront bond must be paid no later than the week prior to your arrival.

Please be advised a modest supply of firewood will be available to guests during the months between May and August. For additional wood, guests can choose to purchase 15kg bundles from for $25 each delivered, otherwise please feel free to purchase from the local service station and hardware store.
