Boasting open views across Rye and the Bay from the expansive elevated wraparound balcony, complete with Matador 6 burner BBQ, bar fridge and outdoor setting, your outdoor entertaining needs are indeed well catered for.  Both the Master bedroom, complete with walk in robe and ensuite and the second living area, including wall mounted TV, open onto the balcony, ideal for capturing those cool summer breezes.

Centrally located, the modern kitchen features an LG stainless steel fridge, 5 burner gas cooktop, electric oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave and Map coffee pod machine (pods available from Woolworths).  The main living / dining area has a plush L shaped settee, wall mounted TV, Foxtel, an array of DVD movies and a dining setting for 8 with sliding doors to the balcony.

Bathroom facilities include ensuite with shower, toilet and double basin.  Main bathroom includes separate shower, bath, basin and separate toilet.

Laundry facilities: Front loader washing machine, external clothesline and ironing facilities.

“Great location, spacious, very clean. There was only 4 of us but one can easily accommodate 2 families or more. Modern beach house with 2 living quarters, huge outdoor deck with BBQ facilities. Shower facilities were a delight! Modern bathtub & bathroom. Ensuite has 2 individual basins. All bedrooms had built in robes with plenty of space for clothes & belongings. Great kitchen & appliances. Use of garage was a bonus.
