The open plan design of the house means that there is lots of room for everyone without feeling on top of each other. The large glass doors, onto the back deck, allows heaps of natural light to flood the 8 seater dining table, and the living room is the hub of entertainment with a cosy gas log coonara and a large 58” wall-mounted Smart TV with Netflix availability. An iPod docking station and a range of books are also available for your enjoyment.

The hostess kitchen is equipped with all the appliances that you will need to ensure that entertaining and cooking on your holiday is fun and enjoyable. Why be cramped in a tiny, poky kitchen when you can delight in Foreva Rye’s massive island bench, double oven, dishwasher and huge ice maker fridge. The island bench is a great space with 5 stools (an additional 3 stools are provided for those who wish to sit opposite) as a cocktail bar or feeding the kids.

The seater in the front bedroom is ideal for older teenagers and youngsters equipped with a 50" Smart TV and beanbags.

In Summer and the warmer months there will be air flow for sea breezes with fly wire screening added for comfort.

With 3 outdoor spaces, there is always somewhere to catch or get away from the sun.

Stepping out into the backyard, there's ample space for plenty of fun during your stay! The decking area offers an outdoor lounge setting and Weber gas BBQ, overlooking the grassed area, perfect for a game of bocce or putting practice. Wander down the steps and enjoy outdoor dining with bench seating for 8-10 guests. While in the afternoon, soak up the sun on the front deck on the super comfortable bean bag lounge chairs.

Heating is never an issue as every room has a heater for relieving winter chills. The gas log fire gives instant heat, quickly you will feel warm. No need to wait to build a fire, a great advantage.

A restful sleep is assured on the brand new Posturepedic pillow-top mattress on all queens beds (excluding sofa bed), which is sure to revive you for the coming days events.
