We had a fantastic stay at this house in Rye on the Mornington Peninsula. The location was perfect being close to shops, piers, golf courses and great walking spots. The house comfortably slept our group of nine and was exactly as described in the listing. The host was excellent, communication was clear and timely but they made sure everything was in order before our arrival. We really appreciated being able to check in early which gave us time to unpack and get our food and meat into the fridge without any hassle. Overall this was a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay again!

From the moment we arrived, we were struck by warm & welcoming atmosphere that feels like home. The property was impeccably clean and very spacious. There were 5 clean toilets & baths enough for everyone as we’re 17 altogether. Its shower water pressure is remarkable that made our stay more comfortable. The outdoor area was excellent for bbq while we enjoyed the pool. Overall, our stay was fantastic and we left with nothing but fond memories. We will definitely be returning in the future and are excited to recommend this place to our friends. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, and welcoming accommodation, look no further!!! The neighborhood is peaceful and had near access to beach and restaurants.
