The perfect property for a wonderful year-round escape, designed for comfort yet casually elegant living. The open plan design and the seamless indoor/outdoor living zone gives an overwhelming sense of space and style.

The kitchen fully equipt with its stunning island bench incorporating breakfast bar, all modern conveniences, and state-of-the-art appliances such as dishwasher, 2 x ovens with microwave activation, gas cook top, MAP coffee pod machine, sandwich press and blender to make your stay easy and carefree. 
 
The open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge is the ideal space to gather with loved ones, including dining table for 10 guests, 3 large comfy couches, gas log fire, large Smart TV all surrounded by beautiful furnishings. 

This flows onto the outdoor undercover area where outdoor dining for 8, Weber BBQ and outdoor lounge overlooking the tranquil backyard lined with Ti-trees. Extending out to a fire pit area, the perfect place for those cold nights sitting around having a drink and a chat, toasting marshmallows, and listening to the pounding of the surf. 

An additional fabulous living zone is situated at the front of the house, comprising of 2 large comfy sofas, throw rugs and Smart TV with Netflix. It is the ideal place to curl up and read the newspaper or catch up on the latest movies. A selection of games, toys and books are also available for guest use. In addition, an outdoor kids' play gym is also provided to occupy the kids.

A ducted vacuum with 2 retractable hoses is located in the pantry & rear passage opposite the laundry door. 

Bathroom facilities: 
3 ensuites, a powder room and main bathroom with separate bath, shower and vanity.

Laundry facilities: 
Front loader, dryer, ironing facilities, airer and clothes line.

The perfect escape and ideal for women’s weekend away, golf trips, corporate team building groups, couples and/or families.

Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom 1: King bed and luxurious ensuite, walk-in robe, ceiling fan, and Smart TV. 
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan, Smart TV and ensuite
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan, Smart TV and ensuite
Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, built-in robe, ceiling fan, and Smart TV. 
Bedroom 5: 2 x Single Bunks and 2 x Single Trundle beds (if required) for additional small children only.
Sleeps 12 – 14 guests

The holiday accommodation comfortably sleeps 12 guests with an option to accommodate an additional 2 children only on trundle beds in the bunk room.

Due to local council laws there is a strict 11pm noise curfew.

Upfront Bond:
This property requires an upfront bond of $2,000 to proceed with a booking.  As long as there is not a breach of our Terms and Conditions, any damage to the property, any noise complaints, a breach of the Council Laws, any excess rubbish and/or any extra cleaning required after your stay, this payment will be returned to you. Your upfront bond must be paid no later than the week prior to your arrival. 

Strictly no Schoolies groups! 

Hotel Quality Linen and Towels are provided by Peninsula Holiday Rentals. 
Just remember to bring your own beach towels.
