A sur-charge of $50 per day (Max $250.00) is required to operate the electric heating for the pool during the months of March to November.
Pool towels will also be supplied.

Upfront Bond
An upfront bond of $1,000 is required to proceed with a booking. This payment, refundable as long as there is no breach of our Terms and Conditions, property damage, noise complaints, council law violations, excess rubbish, or extra cleaning required after your stay, must be paid no later than one week prior to your arrival.
