Peninsula Holiday Rentals welcomes you to this beautifully presented modern contemporary holiday accommodation. With an impressive 7 bedrooms, 5 ensuites plus powder room the property ideally caters for multiple families, corporate groups or friends sleeping up to 20 guests.

Located less than 900m to the bay beach, this luxurious home will instantly impress, boasting ample entertainment and/or relaxation for all ages including Internet Wifi, 3 TVs (located in 2 main living areas and master bedroom) with Netflix accessibility, DVD/Blue Ray Players, Books, Board Games and DVDs, 2 player arcade machine, Foosball Table, Air Hockey Table and a Bluetooth sound bar.

The fully equipped kitchen comprises of:
A semi commercial oven and gas cook top, dishwasher, microwave, Aldi pod Coffee Machine, fridge/freezer, Butler's pantry and breakfast bar.

Indoor dining for 20 and a fabulous outdoor dining for 8 and lounge area with Heatlie BBQ and a spacious commercial fridge provides the perfect environment to enjoy memorable times with friends and family. Alternatively, escape from the crowd and enter the separate cosy lounge area with gas log fire, fitting for a good book and glass of wine.

“The house was perfect for 6 men who came to Rye to play golf and generally have a good break. This house is perfectly situated to all of the golf courses many not min than 10 min drive away. The house with 5 bedrooms all with ensuites was also very functional!! The BBQ and the linen was fully fitted out and functional. We will definitely book this house again. Thanks Michelle for setting up the house so well and the small touches (like the coffee pods) that you provided for our use. This house was perfect for the 6 of us who came to play golf. we will recommend this to many people and we will use this property the next time we plan our trip to Rye.”

‘We stayed at Luxury Coastal Escape as a large group of females who came down to have a spa weekend get away at the Peninsula Hot Springs. The house was super clean with an ensuite in almost every room making it super practical. The bed sheets and bedding was superb, it was a wonderful experience and so close to the Hot Springs. Our group will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!’
